Cypress Touch screens to get Hover over detection

No need to touch the touchscreen

| Mobile Devices, Tablets & Phones News | Posted: Apr 23, 2010 10:10 pm

Ok if you want to see something really cool then you have to look at this video. It shows an app that allows a true "hover over" on a touch screen. If this app comes thought for the iPhone, Android and others it would be the last obstacle for people that say they cannot develop this of that because of the lack of any type of mouse over. It would also kill off one of the big excuses that people have for not having Flash on many mobile or touch screen products.

I cannot wait to see this in action and more specifically implemented in other apps like the remote desktop client for the iPad/iPhone or Citrix Receiver. This would make using those apps a little more functional. Unfortunately you have to have a Cypress Touch screen to make this work. This leaves the iPhone/iPad out for now.
