Asus Eee 1018P spied running free
Comment | Print | Email to a Friend | Font Size: AAYou might recall back at CeBIT we talked a bit about a new Eee netbook coming called the 1018P. Well that notebook has been caught running free.
The machine uses the Atom N455 processor with a N475 option and has Bluetooth 3.0. The most interesting bit for a netbook is the inclusion of USB 3.0 ports. All that hardware is crammed inside a nice looking aluminum chassis.
The downside to an otherwise well provisioned machine is that it doesn't have Ion graphics or HDMI out. It does offer VGA out though and a 10.1-inch screen. We still don't know how much the beastie will cost you.
