Apple iPad 3G shipping early May
Comment | Print | Email to a Friend | Font Size: AAApple's online store has been updated to give the shipping date for its 3G equipped iPad in the U.S. which they've set to be 'by' the 7th of May; this implying perhaps some people will get their iPad 3G's a little sooner.
AT&T are particularly excited about this in expectation of a huge number of people activating $30 per month unlimited data plans following deliveries of the product.
As mentioned previously, Apple looks to be sticking to its plans to make its 3G and WiFi-only tablets available internationally (Europe, Australia etc.) soon after this time; somewhere towards the end of May.
