The iPod line of MP3 players has dominated the market since they debuted years ago. However, the iPod has not been without its problems.

The original iPod nano line was plagued with scratch issues that raised the ire of many owners. Many reviewers also has a big problem with the scratching of the player.

The wide spread issue eventually lead to a class action suit against Apple. Five years after those first iPod nano units were revealed, Apple has started sending out the checks to those who were part of the suit. The checks are for $37.50, so don't get too excited.
