Final release with big performance jumps

AMD/ATI has just made available its final WHQL approved Catalyst 10.3 Driver Suite which was first made available in Preview/Beta form last week.

If you've already obtained the pre-WHQL release then there's not much point updating to this one as it gives the same bug fixes and extensive list of performance improvements (listed here) the preview driver gave.

If you're one of the many that like to wait for official releases before updating your driver sets, I'm sure you've been holding out for the 10.3 WHQL driver suite due to the huge steps forward this driver brings to gamers, as mentioned via the link above.

The full release notes can be obtained here, and you can head over to the GAME.AMD website to download the latest drivers for both 32 and 64-bit versions of Windows XP, Vista and 7.
