We were recently given indication of retail pricing on a couple of AMD's upcoming six-core desktop processors thanks to a Bahrain retailer revealing information on its Facebook account.

This initial source of info was soon after backed up by a separate Norwegian etailer that gave the same pricing and info about the processors, including additional info on the "Turbo" speeds for the 1055T (3.3GHz, up from 2.8GHz) and 1090T (3.6GHz, up from 3.2GHz).

Fast forward to today and an online U.S. retailer has decided to throw up listings for AMD's new 8 and 12-core Opteron series processors based on Magny-Cours and using the G34 socket.

If you head over to the Provantage website and do a search for "Opteron X12" you'll get 16 matches with prices starting at $290 for the Opteron 6124 HE and going up to as much as $1,485 for a Opteron 6176 SE.

For a full breakdown on the specs of each of the models, head over to the source.
