Well A Mammoth News Post Today

| Posted: Feb 20, 2002 1:45 am

And I thought that is was going to be a quiet day today. Boy was I wrong so let's get started with this mammoth news post.

Well it looks like the guys at t-break have another World Exclusive with a review on the ASUS V8460 GeForce4 Ti4600 Video Card which is the top of the line GF4. ASUS sent them a sales sample version of the card, which they think is really evil. They even gave it their "Editor's Choice Award" at the end so head on over there and check this beast out and at the end you can have a chance to win, yes that's right I said WIN, this card but you have to be there to do it.

Over at AnandTech they have a preview up on the nVidia range of Quadro4 Video Cards with some models being able to support up to 4 monitors but it's best that you go on over there and check out all the details for yourself.

The guys over at the HardwarePub have been busy. First up they have a tribute to 3dfx and Diamond Multimedia in which they look at the history of both companies then look at the Voodoo 5 5500 and Diamond Z200 Viper II (Savage 2000) video cards. To go with the article is a bonus shopper's offer, which more details can be found on the front page.
There are also details to two other contests running with the first a Case mod contest followed by a Banner design contest. And if all that's not enough then check out their PSU Modding Guide.

BurnOutPc would like everyone to know that their Forums are back online after nearly a month and don't we know what that feels like.

Creative has some new drivers out for their sound cards and Windows XP.
