Storage is like money in the bank, you can never have too much. Sure you might not use it all in one go, but knowing its sitting there waiting if you need it is a nice feeling. OWC has announced a new external storage device with a lot of storage.

The device is the Mercury On-The-Go Pro with 1TB of storage. The new device is 56% larger than the 640GB version that was the largest offered before. The 1TB device comes in three versions.

A triple interface version with FireWire 800/400 and USB sells for $269.99, a combo interface with FireWire 400 and USB 2.0 sells for $249.99, and a USB 2.0 only version sells for $229.99. All three versions are available now.
