By: (more) | Laptops News | Posted: Jan 5, 2010 6:01 pm

Henry Ford once said that people could have the Model T in any color they want as long as it's black. That is pretty much the same mantra that Lenovo has held to over the years with notebooks typically only available in black. Lenovo has announced the new ThinkPad Edge.

The machine is available in the plain black Lenovo is famous for and will be offered in a bright red hue as well. The machine will also offer AMD Vision Pro and is the first Lenovo notebook to offer dual-core AMD CPUs.

The machines will come in 13-inch, 14-inch, and 15-inch versions with Intel and AMD CPU options. Lenovo claims the machine is good for 7.8 hours of battery life and it can be optioned with Bluetooth, WWAN, GPS, and WiMax.
