USB 3.0 drives are being unveiled every day it seems and the technology that will power USB 3.0 over the next year will be on display at CES in a few weeks. The latest USB 3.0 product to be announced is the Super Talent USB 3.0 RAIDDrive.

The drive uses parallel channels of NAND flash in RAID 0 configuration to achieve blazing speeds allowing the drive to lay claim to the only drive capable of hitting 300MB/s speeds. The small drive will come in capacities of 32GB, 64GB, and 128GB.

Overall dimensions of the drive are 3.75" x 1.5" x 0.5" and it doesn't need a power adapter to operate. It gets all the power it needs form the USB port and it is backwards compatible with USB 2.0 ports too. You can check out a video of the drive being benchmarked below.
