When Dell pulled the wraps off the Adamo notebook with its 0.65-inch profile and good looks I really wanted one. When I heard how much that thing costs, I didn't want one nearly as bad. If you really liked the Adamo, but wanted something much cheaper the Vostro V13 Dell has introduced may be your new computer.

The Vostro V13 has the same thin profile as the Adamo but has a price tag of $450. The machine features a 13.3-inch screen, Intel Core 2 ULV processor, 4GB of RAM, Bluetooth, WiFi, and a webcam built-in.

Dell doesn't mention availability or storage. I bet the machine will have 320GB or under in storage. SSDs won't be part of the deal at that low price. Windows 7 should be the OS as well.
