ASUS' first Android smartphone coming this year

During a local press meeting in Taiwan earlier today, ASUS confirmed that its first Android smartphone will in fact be unveiled before the end of this year, not during Q1 next as was first rumored.
Specifics of this phone are still yet to be revealed.
