I'm sure that a lot of you out there have received emails with the subject of "new photos from my party!" which contains the Win32/Myparty Worm plus for NT/2000/XP users leaves a copy of the Trojan Troj/Msstake-A in the user's startup directory. More info can be found at Sophos and for those silly enough to have opened the attachment a fix can be found at Proland Software but the best measure is to always run an up to date antivirus software.
