Shuttle has announced their latest ultra small form factor PC, the XS29F powered by the VIA Nano processor.

The XS29F is designed to be silent and energy efficient, consuming no more than 50W for the entire system and features a fanless design to keep the noise down. This makes the XS29F ideal for home office or small business environments.

Shuttle's XS29F also features the VIA VX800 media system processor which provides hardware acceleration for video formats including MPEG-4, WMV9, and VC1. The VIA Chrome9 graphics also give full DX9 support.

Packed in a small form factor, sub-3 liter chassis, the XS29F offers both VGA and DVI, Ethernet, HD audio, four USB ports, SATA II storage and up to 4GB of DDR2. The chassis is almost one tenth of that compared to regular desktops, making it ideal for places where space is limited.
