Hot on the heels of the Phenom II X4 945 and 955, AMD is readying no less than a whopping 14 new processors ranging from high end Phenom II X4's to low end and energy efficient Athlon II's.
Eight of the new chips will be energy efficient CPU's, bringing the first of the energy efficient Phenom II's. The processors will range in speed from 2.2GHz to 2.5GHz and will have a TDP of 45W-65W depending on whether it is an Athlon II or Phenom II.
The other six processors will comprise of three new Athlon II's and three new Phenom II's, bringing in one new quad-core and five new dual-core CPUs. These non-energy efficient chips will range in speed from 2.8GHz to 3.1GHz and will have a TDP of 65W-95W depending on its family.
There is no word on pricing or availability of the upcomming chips but some are speculating that they will be released at or around Computex.
