To start things off with ATI, Albatron's first offering is the Radeon HD 4890-1G. The card is strictly a reference design with an 850 MHz core, 800 Stream Processors, 1GB of GDDR5, and should be prices just under $250. Albatron plans on expanding their line of ATI cards with more lower end Radeon HD 4000 GPU's soon.
