OCZ Press Release
Hot off the presses from OCZ:
Nampa, Idaho
August 20, 2001 - OCZ Technology Group in cooperation with 3DChipset.com announced the release of the OCZ Titan 2 Ultra SE 64Mb video adaptor. The Ultra SE is based on the Nvidia Geforce 2 Ultra chipset and boasts features such as 64Mb of 3.8ns DDR ram running at speeds of 500 MHz and modified RFI filtering for the best 2D image quality on a GeForce 2 Ultra video card.
"What makes our Ultra different then the competition is that we help alleviate the memory bottleneck by increasing the memory speed." said Dan Solomon Jr., of 3DChipset.com. "We also bring over our traditional modified RFI filtering to produce clearer 2D image quality that has plagued the GeForce 2 cards since their debut."
The Titan 2 Ultra SE 64Mb version is expected to begin shipping today, August 20, 2001. MSRP for the Titan 2 Ultra SE is $229.99.
