With GDC09 in full swing this week, IGN managed to get an exlusive sneak peak at Crytek's in-development multiplatform game engine, CryENGINE3. Essentially the new engine is a highly optimized and slimmed down version of the CryENGINE2, used in Crysis and Crysis: Warhead.

The video supposedly shows both Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 footage. Although the video clearly shows the nanosuit from Crysis, console lovers shouldn't get their hopes up as it is only a tech demo, not actaul to-be-released game footage.
