NVIDIA GTX 275 Specs Rumored

By: (more) | Posted: Mar 23, 2009 4:16 am

Guru3D says they've got the scoop on what the upcomming NVIDIA GTX 275 will clock in at.

Like the GTX 285, the 275 is expected to have the full 240 shader processors. However it will only have a 633MHz core clock, 1404MHz shader clock, and 2322MHZ memory clock.

However, to make sure that it isn't just a slower GTX 285, NVIDIA will pair it with the 448-bit memory bus and 896MB of RAM, just like the GTX 260. They also say to expect the card to weigh in at about US$229-279 when it hits the market, which will be right around when ATI launches the Radeon HD 4890.
