It looks like NVIDIA is set to launch their new mobile GTX 260M and GTX 280M at CeBIT next month. It is also said that the GTS 160 will be debuted as well.
The two new chips should give notbooks a healthy performance increase. NVIDIA is claiming that the G92b chip will be up to 30% faster than ATI's Mobility Radeon HD 4870.
Besides shrinking things down to 55nm, the new chips also brings 256-bit memory support and up to 128 stream units.
