Eurocom Announces World's First G200M SLI Notebook
GPU Cafe has the scoop and some speculation on the world's first notebook to sport NVIDIA GXX SLI. Currently there are no manufacturers that have announced laptops with Gxx series GPU's. Eurocom is plannning on bringing it to you first and with a pair of them for SLI on the go.
Dubbed the M980U Emperor, this desktop replacement is packed full of power. It will feature an Intel Quad Core Mobile Processor, NVIDIA GXX SLI technology, RAID 0/1/5 up to 1.5TB across three physical drives, up to 8GB of memory, and a "large size" 1920x1080 LCD. Unfortunately there is no price or release date at this time.

All G2xx mobile GPUs from Nvidia are 40nm, so we can expect better efficiency (performance/watt) than the current line-up. Eurocom does not mention which class of the GPUs will be used in the notebook, but most likely will be employing GT215 which the performance part set to replace the ever-green G92. (GT215 is also the highest performing GT2xx part to have taped out on 40nm yet)
