Judge allows Psystar counter claim against Apple

A judge in the case has awarded them the right to a counter claim against Apple that claims Apple is abusing copyright law by preventing OSX from being installed on hardware other than Apple's own.
The ruling came in on Friday and will have major implications if Psystar is successful.
