MSI has just introduced the latest edition to its gaming notebook series, dubbed the GT627. This is MSI's first model to use NVIDIA's GeForce 9800M GS GPU for unprecedented mobile graphics performance.

The styling is bound to get a fair few thumbs up with its anodized brushed aluminum finish and well matched color-scheme.

Running over some of the Core 2 Duo powered GT627's features, it has support for up to 4GB of DDR2 memory, a 15.4" LCD with an optimal resolution of 1680x1050, 320GB mechanical HDD, 4-in-1 card reader, 6-cell battery, MSI's proprietory Turbo Drive Engine for up to 15% CPU overclocking when using AC power, 2.0M Webcam, e-SATA and HDMI connectivity, 802.11n wireless and also an optional Blu-ray player. Weight is kept down at around 2.7Kgs.
