Given the popularity of graphics card tweaking tool Rivatuner, I thought it worthy of a mention that a new version has been been released today, 2.22.
One of the major highlights of this build is it now has full skinning support which has been a requested feature for quite a while. There's a fair amount of updates and bug fixes implemented as well, which you can read about within the changelog on this page.
