QuakeCon 2009 details emerge

id Software has just formally announced dates and details for QuakeCon 2009, one of the largest annual gaming events in the world. The press release states that the event will take place from August 13 through 16 in Dallas, TX at the Hilton Anatole Hotel.

 

QuakeCon 2009 details emerge

 

The event continues to be free for all attendees, regardless of whether you're participating in the BYOC, tournaments, exhibits, conferences or anything else. You will be able to register your spot online as of March 6th to join in on the action.

MESQUITE, Texas - December 18, 2008 - As temperatures begin to fall and the holidays are fast approaching, it's time to start thinking about your summer vacation to the THE must-attend gaming event of the year - QuakeCon 2009! id Software and the QuakeCon organization has just announced that QuakeCon 2009, the world's ultimate video game festival and party, will take place August 13 - 16, 2009, in Dallas, TX at the Hilton Anatole Hotel.
