First dual-core Celeron M CPUs out for notebooks
Intel has today introduced two new dual-core CPUs for notebooks which fall under the Celeron M branding. These are in fact the first dual-core Celerons available for notebooks and are made on a 65nm process technology.

The T1600 and T1700 come clocked in at 1.66GHz and 1.83GHz, both with 1MB of L2 cache, an FSB of 667MHz and TDP of 35W. Based on 1000 unit tray quantities, the T1600 and T1700 are priced at $80 and $86 respectively and should be making their way into value/budget segment notebooks anytime now.
