AMD HD 4850 X2 incoming?

It is believed that when AMD launched its HD 4870 X2 offering, it also furnished its AIBs with GPUs and guidance, enabling for the production of HD 4850 X2 parts, in a timeframe that supports their own business strategies.
It is further suggested that the first HD 4850 X2 parts are working their way through the final stages of validation, meaning that we may hear more, sooner rather than later.
