3DMark05 is the latest version in the popular 3DMark “Gamers Benchmark” series. It includes a complete set of DX9 benchmarks which tests Shader Model 2.0 and higher.

It is amazing what ATI have done with performance here for the X550, from what we saw in January to what we see now is just jaw dropping. The ATI Catalyst team really are doing their job well.

The X700PRO like the X550 also sees very notable increases in performance throughout the year with the latest 5.13 drivers giving us even more performance again.


RADEON X850XT



The performance from the first release to the current one translates to over 10% here.
