Introduction

While there is still one day left of Computex 2005, today marked our last day on the show floor. After an action packed week of meetings, press conferences and parties (like the famous and completely wild Wednesday night at Carnegies, as pictured above), we spent our last time on the show floor taking photos of the beautiful women who are paid to work walk the show floor and draw attention to particular companies – and who we might add do a pretty fine job of the task.

It turns out these girls are professional models here in Taiwan and are paid around $8,000 NT per day (a little over $250 USD) and are sometimes used as innocent bystanders to draw attention away from a company giving a presentation on the show floor or to make a big fuss at a competitor companies booth or at least nearby. And which person in their right mind is really going to shout or scream at these beauties – not me anyways.

It’s quite funny walking around Computex and having our contacts from computer companies who we work with ask if we’ll be posting a booth babes article this year, we guess it’s just that popular. So for those who asked... “Yes, here it is!”. We have a total of 56 photos with 10 included per page.

Meet the beauties of Computex 2005... Shuttle had the nicest looking girl by a long way and if we were reviewing her here on TweakTown she’d definitely be awarded “Editor’s Choice”.
