Computex 2005 Coverage – Day 3: ASUS HQ Visit and more from the show floor

Author: Asher Moses SUMMARY: As the above image attests, it’s been a hectic week for us here at Computex ’05. From the plethora of company parties with unlimited bar tabs, to our meetings that begin at 9am each morning, we haven’t had much sleep. But the show must go on, and today, while being fairly uneventful compared to the past few days, was quite interesting. Again, home theatre products are huge at this year’s show, and most vendors we visited today had some sort of SFF PC on display. In the morning we visited a number of booths – Iwill, Foxconn, FIC, SiS and Scythe - and in the afternoon we visited ASUS’ Taiwan headquarters for a short tour.

We haven’t covered every single product, but we’ve done our best to relay the most interesting happenings right from the show floor.
