ATI Catalyst 5.2 Performance Analysis - Benchmarks - Half Life 2

Recently ATI released a new set of their monthly Catalyst drivers for their Radeon line of graphics cards. The new version is 5.2 and they promise a whole bunch of bug fixes and performance increases. Half Life 2 performance has taken a huge leap backwards for some reason, we did test multiple times to make sure these results were correct and they consistently scored these results with a small fps or two fluctuation between tests.
