Doom 3

 

Doom 3 is the latest game to hit our test lab and is one of the most intensive games to dates. With our own custom time demo we are able to give a realistic rating on what kind of FPS you will be achieving.

Here the results are more based off the amount of memory as opposed to speed. You can see that the 1GB kits are consistently faster then the 512MB kits. This gives you a good idea about how much Doom 3 loves memory.

 

 

At the higher resolution the results are all over the place, even the overclocked modules are slower then the Kingmax and Mushkin modules at default speeds. We wouldn't put too much faith into these results as they are all over the place and provide much consistency.
