QuakeCon 2004 - Ultimate Collection of Case Mods - Final Thoughts

Final Thoughts

That's it from the Texas Lonestar state for QuakeCon 2004. I was surprised by the vast amounts of quality case mods and in some cases complete system mods in the BYOC area and we look forward to what gamers will be showing next year of their beloved systems. It almost makes me want to run a case modding competition of our own to congratulate the great efforts of gamers from the region. Let us know your thoughts on this if you think this would be a good idea.

VIA Technology should be congratulated for giving away a bunch of cash in their case modding competition which gives more back to the community and encourages more of this kind of thing. It would be good to see more companies become involved in this type of this at QuakeCon next year and other gaming convention events like this one around the world.

See you all next year at QuakeCon 2005!
