ABIT Radeon 9600 XT and 9800 XT Graphics Cards - Benchmarks - Comanche 4

This is not an nVidia GeForce 6800 Ultra review. Instead we are taking a look at ABIT's newest AGP8x graphics cards based on ATI's Radeon 9600 XT and 9800 XT GPUs.

Comanche 4

Comanche 4 is a helicopter simulation using the DirectX 8.1 graphics interface. It is used to test the memory and 3D subsystems of a motherboard and video processor. Any weaknesses will show up through this intensive benchmark.

Like the UT 2004 Demo at 1024x768 we don't have much difference but when we increase the resolution the high-end cards are able to maintain FPS much better. Here the Power Color Bravo has a fair lead over the lower clocked ABIT 9600 XT.
