High Quality AA and AF
While we test all our games with maximum in-game settings, turning on Anti-Aliasing (AA) and Antistrophic Filtering (AF) helps take the intensity of our testing to another level.
Here we see video cards go from playable FPS to an unplayable FPS and the real power houses continue to help break that 60 FPS mark we always aim for to provide a smooth gaming experience.
It's no surprise that performance under Far Cry 2, when even AA and AF is turned on, remains strong. We'll see how everything looks when we get into some of our other AA and AF tests, though.
Metro 2033 is looking strong and a 140 FPS average at 1920 x 1200 is great for 120Hz monitor users.
Just Cause 2 performance is huge. We've got strong gains at both resolutions and just strong numbers overall.
Sleeping Dogs is super intensive when AA and AF is turned on and you can see some strong gains are present. With all this power we just get over the 60 FPS hurdle at the highest resolution.
