Everglide Bungee Crystal Pro Review

Introduction

Everglide is a company that has been making mouse mats for as long as I can remember. If you asked a gamer to name three brands of mouse mats, I can guarantee that 99% will say Everglide as one of their responses. Many companies have come and gone over the years, trying to woo gamers into buying their (sometimes pricey) products, with the promise of increasing gaming performance. But Everglide has survived - and thrived. They recently sent me one of their new products to review, the Bungee Crystal Pro. How does this new device stack up?

First Impressions

As you can see, the mat just doesn't arrive in the conventional manner. When I saw the weight listed as 2lb on the UPS tracking sheet, I knew this was no ordinary rodent skating rink. Upon opening the box, I thought to myself "This thing won't work! That stupid bungee thing will pull on the mouse cord too much!" Never have I been so wrong.
